Taizé Night Prayer  Sunday, August 1, 7:30 P.M., SVDP Church. Sunday Night- Prayer of the Roman Church using the beautiful music of the Community of Taizé, in France.
 
Café Catholica Monday, Aug. 2, at SVDP. This is a young adult (ages 18-30's) dinner lecture series with Mass 6:15pm, food 7pm, speaker 7:30pm. If you can only make it for part of the evening, please join us whenever you can. Come worship, eat, learn, get challenged, and meet other great young Catholic adults from around the Houston area!

St. Vincent's Adult Bible Study will resume the 2nd half of its study of Jeff Cavens' "The Great Adventure" on Sept. 9th. The group meets Thursdays, 7-9 p.m. in the MJFC. A new session of "The Great Adventure" study will be offered this Fall starting on Monday, Sept 13th. The new group will meet each Monday, 7-9 p.m., also in the MJFC. St. Vincent Music Ministry  Singers, instrumentalists, pianists - whatever you do musically – come find out if there is a place waiting for you in your parish music ministry! We rehearse every Thursday night each week and additionally before Masses on Sunday (Saturday). Protecting God’s Children/Virtus  Our next class at SVDP will be Thur.Aug.12, 6-9 pm, MJFC.  SVDP employees and volunteers that have routine contact with youth under 18 years old are required to attend this 3-hour workshop.  Workshops are held at most parishes throughout the year and may be taken at any location.  You must register online at www.virtus.org.
